Privacy policy

This policy explains what data trmdev ("we", "us") collects through this website and our games, why, and what choices you have. It applies to trmdev.com and to every game we publish unless a game's store page says otherwise.

Some of our games have their own, more detailed privacy policy, which takes precedence for that game:

Who we are

trmdev is the game studio of Tornedalens Reklam, based in Sweden. The data controller is Tornedalens Reklam. You can reach us at info@trmdev.com.

This website

• We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and we load no fonts or scripts from third parties.
• Some game pages have a trailer hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; the video then plays through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google's privacy policy applies to it.
• Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). We use them only to keep the site secure and working and to see anonymous visitor totals. Logs are deleted automatically after a limited period.
• If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and we do not share them.

Our games

Game progress

Your progress and settings are saved locally on your device. We do not require an account and do not collect your name, email or contacts.

Advertising

Some of our games are free and may offer optional rewarded ads (for example, "watch an ad to double your reward"). Ads are provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, these networks may collect:

• your device's advertising ID,
• your IP address and approximate location (country or city level),
• device information such as model, operating system and language,
• interactions with ads (views and clicks).

Where the law requires it (for example in the EU/EEA and UK), we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the game's settings. If you decline, you may still see non-personalised ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

Purchases

If a game offers in-app purchases, payment is handled entirely by the app store (such as Google Play). We never see your payment details.

Crash reports and statistics

The app store may give us anonymous, aggregated statistics such as install numbers and crash reports. They cannot identify you personally.

Legal basis

We process data to provide and secure our services (legitimate interest) and, for personalised ads, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Since we store almost nothing about you, most requests are simplest to handle by contacting the ad network directly or by uninstalling the game, which removes its saved data. You are also welcome to email us at info@trmdev.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the affected games.
